Investeringsforeningen Sydinvest: Offer for redemption at NAV

Withdrawal of marketing authorisation as regards unit classes B in Norway, Sweden and Finland.

Investeringsforeningen Sydinvest has decided and accordingly provides information that the marketing authorisations as regards Norway, Sweden and Finland will be withdrawn as at 31 December 2022 with respect to unit classes B of Investeringsforeningen Sydinvest as follows:

During the period from the publication of this letter and until the withdrawal as at 31 December 2022 it will be possible for investors from Norway, Sweden and Finland holding the above unit classes B to redeem their units at NAV without any additional costs to the Investment Fund. In this connection it is important that investors wishing to redeem their units without any additional costs to the Investment Fund inform the Investment Fund that they are domiciled in Norway, Sweden or Finland.

If investors from Norway, Sweden or Finland do not accept the offer of redemption free of charge and remain invested in the above unit classes B, the attention of such investors is drawn to the fact that in future information material (eg articles of association, prospectuses, PRIIP documents containing key information etc) as regards unit classes B will solely be available in these languages: Danish and English.
